Eligibility Requirements
ACADEMIC
Letter Grade Average - A % Scale - 90 - 100 GPA Scale - 3.2 - 4.0
Please answer 3 of the 4 essay questions.
1) What are your professional and educational goals, and how will you achieve them? (250 words)
2) How do you define Leadership? Give 3 examples of how you have shown your leadership abilities when contributing to your community. (250 words)
3) How have you demonstrated strong character in the areas of responsibility, maturity, judgment, integrity, and excellence? (300 words)
4) If you were given the resources to improve your community, what would you do and why? (250 words)
OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The student adds value to the community by volunteering for a worthwhile cause. (Minimum one (1) year). Must provide a letter from the organization.
The student must be involved in at least one (1) other extracurricular activity (clubs and/or sports) in school.
TO APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP, PLEASE FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM BELOW. CHECKS WILL BE MADE OUT TO THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT AND THE UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE. SCHOLARSHIPS MUST BE USED DURING THE RECIPIENT'S UNDERGRAD YEARS. LOST CHECKS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
